We also receive any information you choose to include in your message. Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, route rental vacancy and community requests to the right team member, maintain communication records, improve website operations, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable. Providing the requested contact details is optional, but we may be unable to respond if they are not provided.
How information is stored and shared
Community enquiry submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and are accessible to authorised AcaciaFields management staff and the email inboxes configured to receive them. Supabase is used for management-team authentication and the community notice database. This website does not automatically send enquiry-form information to PropertyMe.
Netlify and Supabase are service providers that may process or store information outside Australia under their own service terms and privacy practices. We use access controls and reasonable administrative safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an operational record, resolve a matter or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable. We review stored enquiries periodically.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing info@acaciafields.com.au. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email us with the details. We will investigate and respond. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are dissatisfied with our response.
